Delete your account & data

You can delete your ELASRA account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by an email request. Described below. For details on processing and retention, see the Privacy Policy.

1In the app (fastest)

1. Open the ELASRA app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy and GDPR.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately and we irreversibly remove all your data within 30 days. Your data disappears from the backup copies we keep for disaster recovery no later than 60 days after the request.

2By email (if you don't have access to the app)

Write to us from the email address of your account at hello@elasra.app requesting account deletion. We will handle the request and remove the data within 30 days (it disappears from backup copies no later than 60 days). To verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm from the email associated with the account.

3Deleting only some data (without deleting your account)

Directly in the app you can remove individual data at any time without deleting the whole account:

• Close people — by removing the profile in the Bonds section.
• Pets (Cosmic bond) — by removing the pet's profile.
• Resonance connections — by disconnecting the given connection.
• Messages and notifications in the inbox — individually or all at once.
• Numerology calculator items — by deleting the given item.

Removed data is deleted immediately and irreversibly; your account stays intact.

4What gets deleted

By deleting your account we irreversibly remove all your personal data from our systems: account and profile, date/time/place of birth, daily check-ins and imprints, journal, conversations with the AI guide Elas, and the data of close people you entered into the app. Your data disappears from the short-term backup copies (our disaster-recovery safety net) no later than 60 days after the request.

What remains with processors: RevenueCat retains the record of your purchases and subscription (account identifier and transaction history), PostHog the analytics events captured before the account deletion, and Meta the advertising-event data sent to it if you had ad measurement enabled — the data at Meta remains permanently and we are technically unable to have it deleted.

Exceptions (kept only to the necessary extent): payment records for the period required by accounting and tax regulations (in the Czech Republic usually up to 10 years from the end of the relevant accounting/tax period) and records of granted consents as proof that they were given (for the period necessary to demonstrate consent) — no longer linked to your account, though each record retains technical details about the context of the choice (language, app version, platform, and possibly a device identifier from before sign-in).
