These terms govern the use of the ELASRA mobile app and the purchase of digital content in it (subscriptions and Keys). By downloading the app, creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read the terms and agree to them.
ELASRA is an app for personal astrology, numerology, daily insight and self-reflection. Part of the content is generated by artificial intelligence based on the data you enter.
Important: The app's content (horoscopes, interpretations, daily index, responses of the AI guide Elas) serves for inspiration, entertainment and self-reflection. It is not health, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not replace professional care. If you are going through a crisis, seek professional help — in crisis mode the app will offer you contacts to crisis helplines.
Part of the content is generated by artificial-intelligence models. By the nature of how they work, some generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unpredictable — please take them with a grain of salt and do not rely on them for major life decisions.
The app offers a monthly Standard subscription and Premium with AI. Current prices are final, including VAT, and are always shown transparently right in the app in the store's purchase dialog before you confirm payment.
🔑 A Key is a digital credit for unlocking individual premium content — you buy it individually or in a discounted bundle. Current Key prices are always shown in the app's purchase dialog before you confirm payment.
For distance contracts, a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days. However, you acknowledge and expressly agree that we deliver digital content (subscription, Keys, unlocked interpretations) immediately after purchase, i.e. before the withdrawal period expires — and in accordance with Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code, your right to withdraw from the contract for the supply of this content thereby ceases.
Requests for refunds of payments for purchases via the App Store / Google Play are handled directly by Apple and Google under their rules (you will find purchases in your store account). This does not affect your statutory rights; you can write to us any time at hello@elasra.app.
If the service does not work as it should (e.g. paid content did not unlock), write to us at hello@elasra.app — we will fix the defect, make the content available, or provide compensation (e.g. crediting Keys or extending the subscription). Your statutory rights from defective performance are not affected.
We develop the app continuously — features may change, be added or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance, third-party outages). We will announce material changes affecting paid performance in advance and settle them fairly.
We may reasonably change the terms (changes in legislation, new features). We will inform you of a material change in the app in advance; if you do not agree with it, you can stop using the service and delete your account. The date of the latest version is always shown at the top.

The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The body competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz); you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
